Assay Jewelers Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
At Assay Jewelers, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below for details.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- Initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
- The item is in its original condition that it was received, unworn, and unused, with all original tags.
- The item is in its original packaging (e.g., ring box).
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been broken or damaged while in your possession after wear. Items must be returned and received in our office to be issued a refund.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items are ineligible for return, including:
- Resized or personalized items (e.g., engraved pieces).
- Items purchased using an installment plan.
- Custom Made Orders.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on orders under $10,000. Restocking fees are uncommon, but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@assayjewelers.com. We will evaluate the issue and work diligently to resolve it.
Exchanges: For a smooth exchange process, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item. Your purchase credit will be applied towards your subsequent order.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Lost In Transit: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit or after delivery. If you believe your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with our insurance carrier. Insurance payouts are only possible for items confirmed to be lost during transit and not for packages that have been delivered.
